2. Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete vehicle information, including make, model, year, mileage, features, pricing, and high-quality images. You will also define your target audience, budget, and campaign goals. Localise will utilise this information to tailor your ads effectively.
3. Performance Guarantees: Localise strives to optimise your campaigns for best performance; however, we cannot guarantee specific results as advertising effectiveness depends on various factors beyond our control.
4. Intellectual Property: Localise retains ownership of all campaign materials created specifically for your account. You retain ownership of your vehicle data and intellectual property associated with your brand.
5. Disclaimer and Limitations: Google Vehicle Ads are a dynamic platform, and results may vary. Localise is not responsible for any technical issues or platform changes beyond our control.
LOCALISE does not sign individual NDA’s for every agency or client that wishes to use our services however as part of the terms of our service you can be sure that we treat every client with full Non Disclosure respect.
The Recipient (LOCALISE) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose except the Purpose, without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.
We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party [except to your companies employees and professional advisers] who need to know the same for the purpose.
LOCALISE reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for websites in illegal or offensive industries. Any illegal content, products, services or items hateful, objectionable or defamatory content aimed at any people group, race, gender, sexual orientation or otherwise attacks on any person, business, organisation, product or service; cruelty towards animals; or otherwise content found to be objectionable will be cancelled and refunded.
